24-hour service

Middle Tennessee Electric is at your service 24 hours a day. Sometimes the weather causes unexpected power outages, especially when ice storms similar to the one pictured here move through the Middle Tennessee area.

Should you have an interruption of service due to a power outage or non-payment of your bill, MTEMC has a staff to help you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our Control Center, continuously staffed in Murfreesboro, receives calls, monitors the network and dispatches employees around the clock. Should you need to report an outage at any time, please call our outage reporting system at 1-877-777-9111.

MTEMC crews are on call and available to assist you in the quickest manner possible. We are proud to report that we receive positive survey ratings in excess of 95 percent for our service to members in outage situations.
